1-OS is a platform that allows users to build, run, and share AI-powered applications using a visual canvas interface. Users can create "Tiles," which are modular components, connect them to create complex workflows, and utilize various AI models.

3. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access some or all of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or store on the Services, including the applications you build ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Services.

6. Fees and Payment

Some of our Services are offered under a subscription-based model. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing, and you agree to their terms of service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party AI models (like OpenAI's GPT and Google's Gemini) and allow you to bring your own API keys. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the performance or content of third-party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
